Planning Stages
TO ATTEND THIS EVENT YOU MUST DO TWO THINGS:
- Make your own Campsite Reservation
- Complete and Submit the "Region 11 Registration and Payment" Form
Our schedule for the rally is as follows:
Wednesday, July 23: Outdoors at the Community Center
- Meet and greet, introductions
- Group Happy Hour at 5:00 PM
- Corn Hole Tournament between Clubs
Thursday, July 24: Indoors in the Event Center
- Seminars from 10-12 & 2-4 PM
- Vinny Lamica, Luke Bernander, Ian Hasund
- 5:00 PM: Individual Club and Member Happy Hours
Friday, July 25: Indoors in the Event Center
- Morning open for discussions (Seminar Team & Vendors)
- 1:00 PM Luncheon
- 7:00 PM Entertainment
Saturday, July 26: On Your Own
- Open Free Day to visit and explore
Sunday, July 27: Depart
