Join the Region 8 Caravan to Rock Springs WY

Hello fellow Air Streamers.
If you are planning to Caravan to the 2023 International Rally at the Sweetwater Event Complex in Rock Springs WY this June the following caravan is being offered by the Greater St. Louis Airstream Club.
This caravan is open to any air streamers, especially all of Region 8.
This caravan will arrive three days early at rally location on June 21st. Be sure you have registered for early arrival with the International Rally.
Join the caravan at any of the stops along the way.
The caravan is set up from St. Louis to Rock Springs WY. It is all on four lane highways.
Everyone makes and pays for their own reservations and sites. When making reservations identify yourself with the Greater St. Louis Air Stream Club. (Regardless which club you are from)
The first stop is in St. Joseph MO. (266 miles, 4hr. 10min. from Wentzville MO)

Gathering Location is the Walmart parking lot in Rock Springs WY. (209 miles, 2hrs. 15min.)
Arrive at Walmart on June 215 2023 before Noon.
Caravan departs after noon for the Sweetwater Event Complex for our caravans assigned rally arrival/check in time, which we have not been assigned yet.

This parking lot may get crowded with our group. There is an attached gravel truck lot attached to the paved parking lot.
We will be fine on parking.
There is a Quiznos in the Walmart parking lot.
Within short walking distance there is Starbucks, Sonic, Taco Bell, IHOP, Pizza Hut.

This info is needed for caravan registration. I will let the national office know this caravan is forming now.
National office will get details from me closer to the rally.
I will create an Excel spread sheet and share it with only members on the caravan.
