Fees less processing charges requested by e-mailing the Host at Region9wbcci@gmail.com before Feb 1, 2025 will be refunded. Feb 1 - Mar 1 2025, the refund will also be reduced by any committed costs for catering or entertainment. After March 1st there are no refunds.
