Our caravan over twelve days will introduce some of the best sites, sounds and food that Louisiana has to offer. You will learn all about Louisiana crawfish, visit a crawfish farm and Co-op and partake in our own crawfish boil.  Louisiana sugar plantations and distilleries date back to the mid 1700’s and you’ll have an opportunity to sip and sample Bayou Rum at their distillery.  You will experience the best beignets the French Quarter has to offer (not where you think), listen to jazz aboard the Creole Queen on our sunset river cruise, dine at some of the most famous French Quarter restaurants, glide through 500-year-old moss covered cypress trees while bird watching on our Lake Martin swamp tour and enjoy a local Cajun dance hall. Along the way you might even learn the difference between Cajun & Creole cultures.
