Rollin' on the River

Rally Schedule:
 Friday July 7 - Arrivals any time after 2:00 p.m.
o 5:00ish - Happy Hour/Pot Luck Heavy Appetizers for Dinner & Sharing
o 6:00ish to 9:00ish - Live Music Open Mic style in the Pavilion with Campfire
 Saturday July 8
o 8:00ish – Breakfast Provided; Round Robin Introductions and Local Tips for the Day
o OPTIONAL: 2:30ish – for those who would like to join in a group playing of 3-4 songs that evening, we’ll have a
rehearsal together for an hour or so – songs and chords will be provided in advance
o 4:30 – 5:30 – Happy Hour with a sampling of local Microbrews for you to try, as well as some light snacks.  
o 5:30ish - Make your own dinner and bring to the Pavilion for 6:00
o 6:30ish to 10:00 – NEAC Music Blowout! More songs, more fun, more campfire, possibly more cowbell, and a
collective closing as one smokin’ band!

 Sunday July 9 – 8:00 – Continental Breakfast Provided and Farewells!
Rally Fees and Cancellation Policy: $95 per Rig – includes 2 nights camping with water/electric/dump stations, 2 breakfasts, 1
sponsored Happy Hour, firewood, and priceless entertainment! Cancellations prior to June 22, 2023 will be refunded in full; no
refunds can be provided after that date. PLEASE NOTE: Early Arrivals and Late Departures are welcome – please coordinate
that directly with Travelers Woods.
