Tuttle Creek

Tuttle Creek, with its commanding views of the Owens Valley and Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains is our second stop on our caravan to the Region 12 Rally. This BLM (Bureau of Land Management) campground is first come first serve campground but with 83 sites you can surely find a spot in October; no hook-ups, potable water available seasonally and a dump station ($10.00).

We time to fill our days here with the view, pop up into the Sierra Nevada Mountains for a hike, fish, visit the Alabama Hills where many a wester was filmed, slip into Lone Pine to visit the Museum of Western Film History, New Coso Heritage Society Southern Inyo Museum, the Manzanar National Historic Site, Eastern Sierra Interagency Visitors Center or any of the local shops and restaurant in town.

As noted before, can't make Topaz Lake, meet us here for a great time. We'll leave 8 AM Wednesday morning for our final caravan run to the Region Rally tab Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground.
