While there were plans in the works to move the festival, they did not come to fruition for this year. As last year, we will have parking convenient to the entrance to the festival grounds. This year the Festival will be providing us with a gathering area for happy hours and meals. Also, this year we will have an exclusive early reservation window closing April 15th. All members reserving in the window will be guaranteed adjacent parking. The festival will attempt to continue parking our attendees who reserve after the window closes together but it cannot be guaranteed; get your reservations in early.
The schedule has not been set for the 2019 festival but in years past planned events included a Friday afternoon launch, a Saturday morning launch, a Saturday evening glow window, and a Sunday morning launch. We attempt to plan our happy hours and meals around the festival events which requires some flexibility as the event timing is dictated by weather conditions.
Notes:
1. Reservations are not refundable, but the festival has committed to support transfer of a reservation to another person as needed.
2. This is boondock-style camping. No services are available. Arrive full of water, batteries charged, and holding tanks empty!

Parking passes with site assignments will be e-mailed. Wristbands for the festival will be sent out just prior to the festival. If needed ask for your wristbands to be mailed to me and you can pick them up once you have parked.
