Come camp with us in Tenino for a weekend of family fun at the Oregon Trail Days celebration. The event offers a parade, rock and gem show, black powder shoots with participants in period costumes, vendors, sandstone carvers, and a creative market.
We've reserved 15 sites at the Tenino Quarry Campground. There are no hookups so please come with your holding tanks empty and water tank full. It's a great opportunity to learn about boondocking and there are plenty of people to help.
The quarry swimming pool will be open for those that would like to cool off in the heat of summer. If you're more active you can hike or bike the Tenino to Yelm Trail.
Parking will begin at 9am on Friday. Happy hour begins at 4:00, please bring snacks or an appetizer to share. Meals are on your own. There will be plenty of food options at the event or we can gather our grills together at the campground for a cookout.
Campsite fee is $32 for two nights. No rally fee.
