The Flying Circus no longer offers dry camping so we will be returning to Luray RV Resort just outside Luray, VA for the rally and driving over on Saturday to Bealeton, VA for the hot air balloon festival.
At the campground you can bring your own tube and take a free float any time on the Shenandoah River which loops around the property. There are also local attractions nearby such as the Luray Caverns, Dukes of Hazzard Museum and zip lining.
To celebrate a major remodel, the Resort is re-opening on July 5th and is offering summer specials for a 3, 5 or 7 day stay. The specials are better than the group rate, so we obtained two rows of sites in late April so we could camp together. Those sites are filled. The rally details, fee and schedule will be sent directly to those who registered for the rally.
