Come join us for a relaxing extended weekend at our End of Summer Rally in Mineral, WA!
When: Thursday, August 17th, 1:00 pm (park check-in) - Sunday, August 20th, 11 am (park check-out).
Where: Elkamp Eastcreek Campground
Elkamp is an Airstreamer-owned boutique campground that is at that tipping point of camping & glamping. Elkamp, born out of the two words Elevated Camping: Elevate the Art of Camping. Elkamp has plenty to do around the vicinity: it's only 15 minutes to the Nisqually Entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park, and it's also just on the edge of Mineral, WA, with fun local eateries, shops, & activities; scenic drives, and hikes are also nearby, along the White Pass Scenic Byway.
Rally Schedule
Daily: Happy hour door prize
Thursday:
1 pm - Check-In Begins
4 pm - Happy Hour (no host / BYOB)
5 pm - Dinner on your own
6 pm - An evening at the local entertainment scene: Headquarters Tavern in Mineral (where you can win raffle prizes from the tavern at their featured "Meat Draw" @ $1 per ticket)
Friday:
9 am - Coffee & Rolls
4 pm - Happy Hour (no host / BYOB)
5 pm - Group Dinner in Ashford (restaurant TBD; no host - guests responsible for paying for their own meals)
7 pm - Campfire at Elkamp with hosted dessert bar
Saturday:
9 am - Coffee & Rolls
4 pm - Happy Hour (hosted BYOB)
5 pm - Dinner on your own
6:30 pm - Campfire at Elkamp
Sunday: Pack up sites & say our goodbyes

Costs
Rally fee: $20 per person, plus campsite fees (see below).
Lodging: We have 13 hook-up sites (power & water only), plus two boondocking sites reserved for the event. We will need your RV lengths and we will custom pick your site due to site constraints.
- Hook-ups: $206 total for campsite (3 nights)
- Boondocking: $124 total for campsite (3 nights)
- 1 Rustic cabin also available for $386 total (3 nights) / king bed, kitchenette, no bathroom
Do not reach out to the campground, please…all campsite/lodging will be paid via WA Unit, reservable on the registration page (available 4/29).
