Are you ready to make a difference and be part of an incredible experience at the Stampede Rally? Volunteers play a vital role in creating a memorable event for everyone, and we’d love for you to join our team!
Whether you’re attending the rally or just want to lend a hand, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. All volunteers will receive a limited-edition Stampede Rally T-shirt and an invitation to our exclusive Volunteer Appreciation Party on the final night of the event as a thank-you for their efforts.

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities
Each role offers a unique way to contribute, with different shifts and responsibilities to fit your schedule and interests:
- Check-In Team: Welcome attendees, confirm site details, and hand out welcome bags.
- Daily Morning Hosts: Prepare coffee, update the schedule board, and assist with general questions.
- Bus & Train Wranglers: Ensure smooth boarding, keep everyone on schedule, and assist attendees during excursions.
- Floating Volunteers: Provide flexible support across different roles, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain common areas.
- Set-Up Crew: Help set up signage and facilities for the rally’s kick-off.
- Take-Down Crew: Assist with closing activities and restoring the site after the event.
Each role offers morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, so you can select the days and times that work best for you.
