What about campground fees?
Campground fees are not included in the Rally fee. You will book your site directly with Aspen Crossing. It will be approximately $68/night CDN or $50/night USD. In your confirmation email, you will receive instructions on how to book your site. DO NOT book through their online system. We have the following area reserved for the rally.
When does registration start?
Great question! Registration opens Dec 8th 10AM MST. The online registration will be first come, first served!
Will you have a waitlist?
Yes, once the 75 spots are taken, then we will start a waitlist. Spots will be offered as they come available in order of first to last on the waitlist. For those who are on the waitlist, who can't attend the 2025 Rally, they will have the first right of refusal for the 2026 Rally.
What about if we are traveling with pets?
If possible, we advise that you leave your furry friends at home. We will have long days at the Stampede and it will be hot, both of which could put your pet at risk. If you are coming with a dog, here are some local kennels that you can look into.
