Refund Notes: Dear Sirs: We have had a sudden death in our family, my husbands brother and we will be unable to attend this rally We live in Tennessee and the funeral services are scheduled on Oct 3, 2024 in Jacksonville Florida. Due to the date and distance , there is no reasonable travel time for us to get there in time. We had scheduled to arrive on Thursday Oct 3,. We regret this terribly as this would have been our first international and we were looking so forward to it too. I will let our local region president know. I guess next time I will obtain insurance, but you never anticipate these events. Thank you, once again I am very sorry.
