Presentations

The Airstream Club International Rally Call for Presentations submission period is open from March 15, 2024 through June 21, 2024. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by July 12, 2024.

ACI is seeking proposals for presentations to deliver exceptional learning experiences and entertaining seminars. Presentations may be given as seminars, interactive workshops, indoor/outdoor demonstrations, panel discussions or roundtables. Complete Proposal Guidelines can be found here. Presentations will be assigned to one of the following tracks: 

• Mechanical

• Airstream Lifestyle

• History / Storytelling

• Hobby / Special Interests

• Club Centric

Presentations are Sun-Thurs, October 6-10, 2024 with concurrent sessions running 9-10 a.m.; 10:30-11:30 a.m.; 1-2 p.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. Presentations are generally scheduled for 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes for Q&A.
