Objectives, Purpose, and the Election Process
The Stella's Sisters Club Executive Committee Board consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Communications. As a team, they are responsible for connecting and supporting WBCCI female members traveling in Airstreams and oversee the daily operations of the club including planning events, managing social media, accounting and budgeting for future projects and rallies, as well as promoting the Stella's Sisters community.
MEETINGS: The Executive Committee holds an annual meeting and membership will notified at least 15 days prior. This meeting can be held either electronically or in person. Generally, they are held during the International Rally for convenience. A quorum for conducting a business meeting is not less than 5% of the membership.
ELECTION: The Executive Committee holds an annual election and each BRN number has one vote. The membership is given at least 90 days notice of an upcoming election. Nominations for officers are submitted to the board not less than 15 days prior, a ballot is compiled and provided to the membership.
TERMS: Each officer serves a one year term, an officer may serve no more than two consecutive terms with the exception of the secretary and treasurer who may serve three terms if nominated and elected to office.
DUES: The club dues is $1 per year. The fiscal year is the same as the calendar year.
AMENDMENTS: The Constitution may be amended by a two thirds majority membership vote, provided the proposed amendment was submitted to the Executive Committee no less than 30 days in advance and provided to the membership no less than 15 days prior.
