Airstream Warbirds Rally Boondocking Event Oct 4-6, 2024 at 1847 Munden Point Rd, Virginia Beach.
Come boondock on private property just 8 miles south of the Military Aviation Museum, Virginia Beach to rally together and attend the Warbirds Over The Beach. There is no camping fee for this event.
Tickets for the Warbirds show are now on sale at the below link. Advanced tickets sales are $45 for each day and person.
You are not required to attend the WarBirds over the Beach event to join us for a weekend of relaxation.
Local visits include:
Sandbridge Beach (19 miles)
Backbay National Wildlife Refuge (21 miles): There is a small entrance fee or your National Parks Pass is eligible for your entry. False Cape State Park is the southern most state park in Virginia and only accessible through Backbay National Wildlife Refuge by biking or hiking.
Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center (19 miles) Virginia Beach Boardwalk (21 miles)
Rally schedule:
Arrive: Friday October 4. Dinner will be provided around 5:30. (Current menu thoughts are either Chili or taco bar)
Saturday Oct 5: Breakfast of Scrambled eggs, bacon and toast will be served around 8 am (bring your morning drink)

Saturday 6 pm social: bring snacks or food to share for social time and campfire.
Sunday is departure day, if you wish to stay for the events on Sunday or touring Va Beach you may depart on Monday.
NOTE: You may arrive as early as Thursday. No Extra Charge! Please Advise Nancy Lawn of the dates you plan to Arrive and Depart. You will NOT have to back you rig into a parking place, we are told <grin>

Those attending please text or call about 10 minutes before you arrive so we can safely park you. We will be pulling through a driveway, no parking required.
Please bring plenty of water, your generators, and empty black tanks. We will permit “gopher holes” for Gray Water draining. Bring a spade. North Landing Beach Campground is 2.2 miles south of our boondocking location. They allow sewer dumping for a fee of $10.00.
