Overview of the Process:

Selection of those to attend on the rally is based on a lottery drawing, and you must submit your entry into the lottery by filling out the lottery form linked below. Only current members of Airstream Club International (ACI) may attend this rally and must do so in their Airstream.

The cost for the 2026 Rally is $750.00 - The rally fee covers your parking site, 2 passes for all field events, welcoming dinner, ice cream social and rally souvenir. Successful applicants from the 2025 Waitlist and the 2026 Lottery will confirm their Attendance by submission of the Registration and Payment Form. The process is online and payment is via credit card.

There is no need to be the first to submit an application. Those who apply on the  first day will be in the same lottery as those who apply on the last day. Application for the lottery will open on January 10th and end on January 18th.

Balloon Fiesta Lottery Form

After the Application process closes we will randomly pick attendees by lottery. Anyone who does not make our initial attendance list from the lottery will be put on a waiting list in the order picked by the random lottery.

If you are selected, you will be notified by email. Anyone who is not selected in our initial lottery will be put on a waitlist in the order picked by the lottery. When we get cancellations from the 2026 final Attendance Registration and Payment list, we will notify those on the new Waitlist and you will have limited time to confirm your attendance. Please note that if you are notified and do not respond, you are dropped from the Waitlist.

When we get cancellations, we will notify those on the waiting list and you will have limited time to confirm your attendance – for those whom we are not able to get a site for the 2025 rally, we will do our best to move your application over to the next year's event. Please note that if you are notified and do not respond, you are dropped from the waitlist.

All 2025 Applicants who were not selected in the Lottery for the 2025 Event were placed on the waitlist for 2026. If you are on the waitlist you will receive an email in early November 2025 to canvas you on your intent to attend or not attend the 2025 Event.

Once we have secured the sites for the event and know the final number of sites we will be allotted and the cost of attending the 2026 event, we will first fill sites from the 2025 applicants who did not get selected in the lottery and were placed on the waitlist for 2026.

Those on the waitlist from 2025 will need secure their attendance for 2026 by Registering and Paying the event Fee. The Registration and Payment Form will be provided to you via a link in an email before the end of the year 2025.

If there are any sites remaining, an Attendance Application Form will be made available on the Balloon Fiesta National Airstream Rally Event Detail Page in January 2026. The Attendance Application Form provides us with your WBCCI eligibility and contact information and places you on the Lottery list.

Any sites remaining after the waitlist assignments have been secured and finalized will be assigned from the randomized Lottery list drawing.

If you get selected from the Lottery list drawing, you will then be provided access to the Registration and Payment Form in order to secure your site at the 2025 Event.

Our refund policy for cancellations is strict – with no exceptions:

- $40.00 charge through July 14.
- $375.00 charge for cancellations between July 15 – August 31. 
- No refunds after August 31st for any reason.
