This park is situated next to both the Chehalis, a tidal river, and Lake Quigg. It provides easy access for kayaking and fishing. You can enjoy the quiet of the Animas River Valley, along with fabulous mountain views. Alpen Rose RV Park is nestled beneath stunning red rock cliffs and located about 6 miles from Durango. The is a perfect trip for July and the weather should be ideal.
