"For many years all of the Airstream clubs in the Carolinas came together to hold an annual rally called the "Carolinas State Rally". It was held at the Palmetto Cove RV Park and hosting rotated among the then 6 local Airstream clubs. This joint rally was discontinued somewhere around 2010 with that last gathering having had 50 rigs present, including me. It was fantastic."

Here we go again, but let's set our sights higher and attract a hundred plus rigs this time around with this joint rally amongst the now 5 local Airstream clubs in NC and SC: Carolinas Airstream Club; Palmetto State Airstream Club; Piedmont North Carolina Airstream Club; South Carolina Coastal Airstream Club; and Low Country Airstream Club.

We're are planning an Airstream rally at the Margaritaville Resort near Orlando, and we need you to make it happen!
To register we have to call Margaritaville and ask for Pam or Nicole and tell them that they are with the Suncoast Airstream 129 rally, they select a site type (there are many) and pay 50% of the total amount. They have opened two days before and two after at our group rate if people want to extend their stay.

It is also home to Convict Spring, a natural freshwater spring that feeds the Suwanee River.

Reservations are now open! Make your reservation for Upper Rendezvous, (also known as the RV Resort) which has FHU 50-amp sites for larger campers which include cable and WI-FI. The Lower Rendezvous includes primitive tent sites, water and electric only sites, and FHU 30-amp sites for campers less than 25’ in length. No membership of any club or unit is required to attend and there is no rally fee. This is a very popular rally that fills up quickly. Campsite reservations can be made through the
Florida State Parks reservation system. Please note that the park does not take reservations, all reservations need to made through the Florida State Parks system. Only AFTER you make a campsite reservation, you will register HERE in the Fall, of 2023. For those arriving early, we will have The Canopening activities from Dec 24-January 3. Canopener is, Jan 4-7, 2024. There will be music, biking, beer exchange, Mardi Paw Parade, hiking and the world famous corn hole tournament and chili feed. There will be a few surprise activities as well.
