CRAFT & FLEA MARKET
Do you draw? Paint? Quilt? Work with wood? String beads? Make jewelry? Knit? Or have some items in your Airstream you'd like to move along, such as appliances, books, pots & pans, CB radios, Airstream repair parts, vintage parts, alloy wheels and more? If so, signup for a Craft & Flea Market Table.
Calling all crafters, swappers (and shoppers!) coming to Minot for the International Rally!
The annual Flea Market is also a Craft Fair. Organizers are looking for any crafters or swap vendors interested in selling their wares to sign up for a table to display and sell your work.
The Flea Market/Craft Fair is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, from 1PM - 4PM, in 4-H Hall. (Setup will begin at 12 Noon.)
There is no charge for your 4’ table space. Please bring your own table cover and displays.
Interested craft & flea vendors must sign up ahead of time using this form at so we know how many tables to set up.
This event is always lively, a fun place to find all sorts of treasures!
FIBER ARTS & QUILTING
If your hobbies or interests include quilting, sewing, knitting, crochet, weaving, rug hooking-anything involving fiber arts, please join us in the Quilting and Fiber Arts Workspace. Plan to bring your equipment, supplies and projects. (Daily from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM in 4-H Hall.)
The workspace is open to anyone who wants to work on a project, be it quilting, knitting, embroidery, lace making, or whatever. It’s a space to gather, chat, see what others are doing, maybe find a new skill you’d like to try, or work on any project that you have in the making. Everyone is welcome to drop by, see what’s happening, spend a day or part of a day, while enjoying the rest of the rally.

Bring your bike and join fellow cycling enthusiasts for a brisk, comfortable ride. Rides will cover 12-15 miles at a 10-12 mph pace, along surfaces suitable for riders of all ages and abilities, as well as bike types.

Beginner Pickleball Lessons
New to the game? Come learn the basics in a fun, supportive environment. Equipment will be provided for lessons and the lessons will be taught by certified instructors.

Music
AIRSTREAM VOLUNTEER BAND AND CHORUS
Have you ever thought, “It’s been 20, 30, even 50 years since I last played or sang”? Guess what—that’s no excuse! The Rally Band and Chorus are all about having fun, making music, and enjoying the camaraderie of fellow Airstreamers.
You’ll receive the music to you well in advance of the first rehearsal—along with recordings—so you can brush up at your own pace and feel comfortable with your part. No pressure, just plenty of encouragement and the joy of making music together. Invite your friends to join, too—the more, the merrier!

JAM SESSIONS
One of the most joyful traditions at the Airstream Club International Rally is our Jam Sessions—and this year in Minot will be no exception!
Whether you’re a seasoned performer, a casual strummer, or someone who just enjoys singing along, the Jam Sessions are open to all- musicians, vocalists and listeners! Bring your guitar, banjo, fiddle, ukulele, harmonica, etc. or simply your voice. Hand percussion instruments will be available for interactive fun. Beginners, experts, and everyone in between are welcome—if you love music, you belong here.
These relaxed, come-as-you-are gatherings are a great place to meet fellow Airstreamers, try out a new tune, or join in on an old favorite. No pressure, no stage, no rehearsals—just fun, community, and the shared joy of making music together.
So, pack your instrument (or your enthusiasm!) and join us. Whether you play one song or stay the whole time, the Jam Sessions are one of the best ways to connect, unwind, and create unforgettable rally memories.
