Each year at International, the Rally Planning Team works hard to put together an amazing schedule of:
- Regional and Intra-Club Socials and Meals
- Educational Sessions
- Fitness, Crafts and Other Workshops
- Nightly Entertainment and Social Gatherings
- Shopping and Service Opportunities
As entertainment and rally schedules are finalized, we’ll be sharing that information here. Stay tuned for details!
Call for Presenters
ACI will be seeking proposals for presentations to deliver exceptional learning experiences and entertaining seminars for our Rally attendees. Presentations may be given as seminars, interactive workshops, indoor/outdoor demonstrations, panel discussions or roundtables. Presentations should fall into one of the following tracks:
- History & Storytelling
- Hobby
- Lifestyle
- Leadership
- Maintenance & Technical
Presentations are scheduled Sunday-Thursday, August 22-27, 2026 with concurrent sessions running:
- 9:00 AM-10:00 AM CT
- 10:30 AM-11:30 AM CT
- 1:00 PM-2:00 PM CT
- 2:30 PM-3:30 PM CT
Presentations generally run 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes for Q&A.
The official call for presentations will open in November 2025.
