Rally day passes are for a specific day’s activities only – they do not include meals, rally welcome bags/gifts/pins/giveaways/etc.
Camping Rates
Rates below are for attendees checking in on the first day of rally, August 22, 2026:
- RV on Site – Electric: $425
Includes: 30-amp electric, 1 water delivery, pump-outs every 4 days (additional water deliveries and pump-outs available for purchase) - RV on Site – Electric – Distance Economy: $300
Located ¼ mile from fairgrounds gate. Includes: 30-amp electric, 1 water delivery, pump-outs every 4 days (additional water deliveries and pump-outs available for purchase) - RV on Site – Off-Grid: $195
No hookups, no pump-outs, no water delivery
Early Check-In Rates
If you’d like to arrive early, you can do so by paying for additional camping nights:
- Early Check-In – 1 Day (August 21): +$50
- Early Check-In – 2 Day (August 20): +$100
- Early Check-In – 3 Day (August 19): +$150
If you arrive prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged $75/day at the arrival gate. If you wish to change your arrival date after registration, please call ACI Headquarters at 937-596-5211.
Offsite Accommodations
Wish to attend rally, but can’t bring your rig? There are numerous offsite accommodations options available in and around Minot. The Rally Planning Team is working with local hotels now to secure special rally rates. Check back soon for details.
Parking Options
When registering, you will have the opportunity to select a Parking Group. A Parking Group is essentially a designated campground area within the fairgrounds that helps organize where members will be located and allows friends or club members to stay near each other.
Each Parking Group requires a minimum of 10 registrations to be established. If a group does not reach that minimum, registrants will be reassigned to General Parking, where you will be parked at the next available location upon your arrival. Even if you are not in a Parking Group, members still have the option of arriving together to be parked together in General Parking!

If you wish to change your parking group after registration, please call HQ by August 1, 2026 to make that change. No change requests will be taken after that date.
Caravans & Traveling Groups
The best way to ensure you’ll camp near friends is to arrive together! For local clubs or groups of 5 or more Airstreams that wish to park together, the best way to do this is to register as a Traveling Group. Traveling Groups must consist of 5 or more Airstreams and have a designated group leader. The group leader must submit a Group Parking Request to HQ no later than July 11, 2026. All members of the group must be registered to arrive on the same date.
To submit the request, the group leader should call 937-596-5211 or email rally@airstreamclub.org. A Rally Arrival Team coordinator will follow up with the group leader to provide your assigned arrival time.
Important: Groups that do not submit a request and receive an assigned arrival time may experience significant delays in the arrival area.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your rally registration, you now have two options under our NO EXCEPTION CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY:
1. Refund Option (Cash Back)
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to rally@airstreamclub.org. Refund schedule is as follows:
- Requests received on or before June 27, 2026 – 100% refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Requests received after June 27, 2026 – 50% refund.
- Requests received after August 8, 2026 – No refund issued.
If you might have to cancel after August 8th, please consider obtaining travel insurance. You can learn more about travel insurance from our partner TME Travel Insurance.
2. Transfer Option (Next Year’s Rally Credit)
Instead of a refund, you may request that your paid registration amount be transferred as a credit toward your registration for the 2027 International Rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to rally@airstreamclub.org no later than August 8, 2026.
- No transfer credits will be granted after August 8, 2026.
- The transfer credit applies only to the original member’s registration and may not be transferred or reassigned to another member.
- If the registration fee for the following year’s rally is higher than the amount transferred, you will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of registration.
- Credits apply only to the 2027 International Rally and cannot be carried forward beyond that event.
Special Note for Caravan Participants
If you are accepted on a Caravan that overlaps with the International Rally, please contact the Club office directly at rally@airstreamclub.org regarding exceptions.
