NEAC Business Meetings, Constitution, and Bylaws

Hello NEAC Voting Members!   We are all looking forward to our annual business meeting in the Berkshires and ensuring that even if you're unable to attend that meeting in person, you have options for voting on the proposed slate of NEAC Officers for the 
2027 Fiscal Year.   

Below you will find the following: 
1) Agenda for the NEAC Annual Business Meeting, October 16, 2026 
2) Zoom number to dial in if you can't make it in person 
3) A link to a Cognito form to cast your vote if you don't plan to attend in person 
4) Links to all the documents that will be shared during the meeting 
 

Please note - you should only vote using EITHER the Cognito form OR in person at the meeting. 
Also - the leadership team is asking you to vote on the complete slate of officers as outlined on the Cognito form.   

Your choices are: 

- Agree (meaning, you agree in full with the entire slate of officers as presented) 

- Disagree (meaning, you do not agree in full with the entire slate of officers as presented) 

- Abstain (while there isn't an option for "abstain", simply choosing not to vote (electronically or in person at the meeting) is in effect an abstention)
