If you find it necessary to cancel your attendance at one of our Events, PLEASE fill and submit the AAC Event Registration Cancellation Form.

DO NOT USE THE "CONTACT US" FORM FOR EVENT ATTENDANCE CANCELLATIONS - ALL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO EVENT ATTENDANCE CANCELLATION MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE "AAC EVENT REGISTRATION CANCELLATION FORM"

One of the most difficult aspects of planning, preparing and executing an Event for both the Club and the Event Hosts is the inevitable Attendance Cancellation.

Life happens - we get it. When you Register and commit to an event, ideally everyone would show up. All of the time and planning spent by the Host would be accurate, there would be no need for a wait list. The process of establishing a cancellation policy and the extra work of determining and processing refunds, the time consuming work of contacting wait listed members to fill cancelled sites, the need to meet minimum requirements previously established with RV parks, Campgrounds, Vendors, Caterers, Tours etc. would be alleviated.

Attendance Cancellations are part of life and cannot be avoided. None of us are immune. With that reality in mind, there are a few things that can be done to alleviate some of the complications and problems that cancellations cause.

When you Register and commit to a Rally or Event and find that you may not be able to attend, cancel your attendance as early a possible to give the Club and the Hosts time to find a replacement for your spot or to allow wait listed members an opportunity to decide whether they can attend and fill your spot.

Many of our members suggest that they cannot attend our Events because they are always filled too quickly. If you are really interested in attending an Event and find that it is filled, place yourself on the Wait List. We are almost always in need of more wait listed members due to the timing of cancellations. If you are fairly flexible, it is highly probable that a spot will open.
