Constitution, Bylaws and Policy

In 2018, AAC went through an alignment and modification of the Constitution and Bylaws to allow for the implementation of Electronic Balloting among other changes and to comply with the five-year review requirement of our governing documents by the International CBL Committee.

The AAC Constitution and Bylaws were reviewed and aligned with the International Model Constitution and Bylaws recommendations in 2023 and submitted for review and approval in 2023.

The next cycle for AAC Constitution and Bylaws Review is 2028.
