Activities planned include visiting Dinosaur National Monument including the quarry, a hike to Moonshine Arch, visiting the Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum, dinner at 7-11 Ranch Restaurant (great family-owned restaurant with a gift shop), a potluck dinner with a local paleontologist guest speaker, backyard games in our horseshoe part of the campground. We will also show the classic Airstream film Cape Town to Cairo where 41 Airstreams traveled 13,000 miles up the African continent in 1959. A very special treat is a video conference / zoom meeting with Dale Schwamborn, Wally Byam's nephew, who was on the Capetown to Cairo caravan. Dale has a vivid memory of the events and can answer a myriad of questions not answered in the film. Don't miss this opportunity. Dale usually speaks to groups of hundreds at Intternational Rallies, but we will have a private audience..
