Golf Cart & Bicycle Rental Reservations

You may bring your own personal golf cart and/or bicycle. Or, you will have the opportunity to rent private golf carts or bicycles at Rally2024.

As our International Rallies have increased in size, we’ve seen more interest in using privately rented (or personally owned) golf carts to get around the large facilities. We have a great (free) shuttle system, and the use of (e)bikes to get around is highly encouraged, but sometimes it’s nice to have a dedicated golf cart, possibly shared with friends.

Members who have rented at prior International Rallies have been known to decorate their golf carts and use them to carry chairs and happy hour supplies, allowing them to fully explore all areas of the Rally.

BICYCLE RENTALS

Members can rent bicycles for use during the 2024 International Rally at Sedalia.

  • Rent a bike for a day or for the week

  • Choose from comfort or sport hybrid, gravel, or e-bikes

GOLF CART RENTALS

Members can rent golf carts for use during the 2024 International Rally at Sedalia.

Here are things to know (from M&M Golf Cart Rental Service):

"The deadline to for rental requests is Wednesday, September 25th as we will need time to process the credit cards and paperwork.   The website link will be shutdown shortly, so they will need to give us a call 573-581-8188 or 855-855-4244.  We are open  Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

It would be helpful if you could also remind everyone that we will be processing their credit cards next week.  Hopefully, this will cut down on the amount of declines and disputes that we get.  We sometimes show up to the credit card companies as a sporting goods store and will be flagged as fraudulent.  We also have people see our address (Mexico, MO) and think the country Mexico and will not approve the transaction."

  • Golf Cart rentals include the range of dates from October 2 - October 11, 2024

  • The cost for the rentals depends on seating capacity and starts at $35 per day

  • All drivers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license

  • Pick-up and drop-off of the golf cart rentals will be at the Midway at the Missouri State Fair

  • Golf carts can be picked up starting Wednesday, October 2nd. Golf carts must be picked up by 11 a.m. on the scheduled pickup date

  • All rental golf carts must be returned to the Midway no later than 10:00 a.m. on October 11th

  • Painters tape is the only tape allowed to be used on the carts (but we do encourage you to have fun decorating and lighting them up - we'll have a Golf Cart Parade during Tuesday night's Airstreams Aglow!)
