Blue Book Bylaws ARTICLE IX REGIONS Sec. 1 (excerpt) The Regions of the Club and their geographic boundaries shall be as follows:
Region 11: Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Mexico and that portion of Texas lying within the Mountain Time Zone.
