Food/Entertainment

This page will provide a sneak peak of some of the food and entertainment you can expect at this year's Rally!

ENTERTAINMENT:

Saturday, July 23: The Starlight Honeys brought to you by the New England Airstream Club (NEAC)

This local band covers songs in diverse genres ranging from folk to rock, country to reggae. Joining us from nearby Sandwich, NH the band will be accompanying us on Opening Day during our Welcome Dinner to celebrate Airstream family, love and friendship. The Starlight Honeys band is mindful that the spirit of our beautiful surroundings is what brought all of us together. They will be playing to impart that spirit in their songs, harmonies, and instruments, and with the joy of making a beautiful noise together.

Saturday, July 23: Light Up the Night: Airstreams Aglow Walk-about

Grab a beverage of your choice, and set out for a wonderful evening’s stroll through any of our seven campground areas. There are two ways you can participate in this event:

  1. Keep your interior lights a-glowing and push back those curtains to put your Airstream “on display” to allow passerbyers to get a glimpse of your Airstream dream!

  2. Lock up and head out and about - on foot, bike, scooter or golf cart - to see “Airstreams Aglow” as they light up the night in all their silver glory. You’ll likely stumble across some fun block parties along the way!

Thursday, July 28: Motor Booty Affair

Motor Booty Affair has been lighting up stages across America with their 70’s extravaganza for several years, continually improving on the show that has been dubbed “The Ultimate Disco Party Band”.

The music is infectious - the most danceable songs of all time. The band is tighter than tight, delivering dance floor classics with confidence, groove, style and attitude. The show is spectacular - from the afros, bell-bottoms, platform shoes, polyester and dance moves, to the highest quality sound and light show this side of 1975.

Motor Booty Affair consists of 4 funkateers straight from the planet Funktar; Superfly, Spanish Fly, Vinnie Boom-Boom Funktonio and Cyclone Link Skywalker Jr. It is their mission to get the crowd groovin’ as they deliver hits from Earth Wind & Fire, The Bee-Gees, KC and the Sunshine Band, Chic, The Commodores, Barry White, Abba and more. The songs are authentically reproduced by these top notch musicians with unsurpassed quality and attention to detail.

MBA’s show is energetic and peppered with 70’s lingo jive talkin’ and stage antics to make for an event you will never forget. Make sure you bring your boogie shoes because no matter how big the dance floor is - it’s always packed from the first song to the last! As with all rally events (except for Sunday's Open House), an ACI member badge and rally ribbon must be shown before entry into the concert. This Motor Booty Band performance is NOT open to the public.
