Presentations

The Airstream Club International Rally Call for Presentations submission period is open now through May 20, 2025. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by the end of June.

ACI is seeking proposals for presentations to deliver exceptional learning experiences and entertaining seminars. Presentations may be given as seminars, interactive workshops, indoor/outdoor demonstrations, panel discussions or roundtables. Review the ACI Presenters Guide for a list of topics and presentation guidelines. Presentations will be assigned to one of the following tracks: 

• History & Storytelling

• Hobby

• Lifestyle

• Leadership

• Maintenance & Technical

Presentations are Sun-Thurs, August 23-28,2025 with concurrent sessions running 9-10 a.m.; 10:30-11:30 a.m.; 1-2 p.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. Presentations are generally scheduled for 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes for Q&A.
